Our Policy (U.S. Customers Only)

From the date your order arrives at your door, we give you 100 days to fall in love. If you decide your purchase is not right for you, initiate your return from the Order History section of your customer account or by using the link below. To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag still attached, and sent back in its original packaging. Bishe does not cover return shipping.
Upon request, a return label can be provided, and the shipping fees will be deducted from the return amount. Whether a label is provided or you use your own, the return must be en route within 7 days from approval. Any return sent past this window will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once your return has arrived in our studio, please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be received in & processed. Once your return is processed, the original form of payment will be credited for the merchandise amount only. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. Funds may take up to 10 business days to return to your account.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Bishe, Inc. will accept eligible items for return. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or damage due to wear and tear. If you believe your item may be defective, A return request must be submitted within 10 business days from the delivery date of your order, and the piece must be returned in new, unworn, and salable condition. Return requests received after this 10-day period are eligible for store credit only up to 30 days after the delivery date. Your return must be approved by a team member before being sent back.

Exchange Policy

Bishe, Inc. will accept items for exchange up to 30 days after the delivery date. The original item must be returned in new, unworn, and salable condition in order to process the exchange. Bishe does not cover return shipping.
Once your original order return is processed, you will be emailed a digital gift card in the amount of the original purchase price of the piece(s). The gift card does not expire and can be used towards any item(s) on Bishegold.com until there is no remaining balance.

Gift Return Policy

Eligible items received as gifts and originally purchased on Bishegold.com can be returned and are processed as exchanges. This excludes all items denoted in the final sale section above. Once your gift return is processed, you will be emailed a digital gift card in the amount of the original purchase price of the piece(s). The gift card does not expire and can be used towards any item(s) on Bishegold.com until there is no remaining balance. Bishe does not cover return shipping.

Important Information 

No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior return authorization number. Bishe does NOT cover return shipping for returns and exchanges.

For Bishe styles purchased from another retailer, please contact the retailer directly. These pieces are not eligible for return or exchange through our website.

International Customers

At this time, as we are unable to ship internationally, all orders purchased by customers who live overseas are considered final sale. We’re so sorry we can’t accept returns from our international customers. We’re a fledgling start-up, but as we grow, we’ll do our best to make this happen.

Repair Shipping Policy 

Shipping and handling fees will be covered for customers based in the USA only. Please make sure to package the items securely in their original packaging or a box of the same size. For any additional information on how to ship your piece back to us please reach out to us at

Any shipments that are sent to us using a label not created by Bishe are not covered by our insurance policy and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Please note that as we do not offer international shipping and we are currently not able to facilitate any repairs for customers that wish to conduct a product from overseas. We hope to be able to offer this at some point in the future!

Cancellation Policy 

Bishe, Inc. will only accept order cancellations within 48 hours of when the order was placed. If you need to cancel an order, please email us ASAP at to process your cancellation. Order cancellations requested after 48 hours may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if we have already begun work on the piece(s).
