Orders may be placed online at www.BisheGold.com at any time. All orders received by 5:30pm CT Time will be shipped that same business day, provided the items are in stock. Saturday delivery can be accommodated for orders placed on a Friday by 5:30pm CT Time, however extra fees will apply. Orders for in-stock items placed after 5:30pm CT on Friday, on Saturday or on Sunday will ship on Monday. Holiday orders will ship the next business day.
If an item is not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are typically between two and four weeks. If the item is completed before the expected delivery date, it will ship when ready. You will be notified via email when your order ships.
Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders may take longer that the allotted time window. A sales representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.
IMPORTANT: Please note that this application will only provide tracking information for orders placed beginning December 24, 2020. For orders placed prior to this date, please click the “Track My Package” link on the shipping confirmation email for your order.

Cancellation Policy
Bishe, Inc. will only accept order cancellations within 48 hours of when the order was placed. If you need to cancel an order, please email us ASAP at to process your cancellation. Order cancellations requested after 48 hours may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if we have already begun work on the piece(s).
